Functions and features

-The bag-feeding fully automatic packaging machine is composed of two rotary bodies (filling system and vacuum system respectively). The vacuum system is a continuous rotary motion.

-Quickly change packaging bag specifications, and the width of the automatic bag feeding device can be automatically adjusted at one time.

- Comply with the hygiene standards of food processing machinery. The parts on the machine that come into contact with materials or packaging bags are made of 304 stainless steel or other materials that meet food hygiene requirements to ensure food hygiene and safety.

-Easy operation: It adopts German Siemens PLC plus POD (touch screen) electrical control system, with friendly human-machine interface and easy operation. No cutting, no sealing, unfilled bags can be recycled, no bags are wasted.

-Sealing temperature monitoring function, if the heating plate is damaged, an automatic alarm will appear on the touch screen.

-The sealing method adopts instantaneous heating and water cooling to achieve a smoother and more beautiful seal.

-The vacuum chamber is carved and milled from aviation aluminum in a computer machining center to ensure sealing and durability.

-The vacuum system uses German brand vacuum pumps and igus air distribution plates to ensure that every package can be perfectly vacuumed.

Workflow

Take the bag, print the date, open the bag, fill 1, fill 2, heat seal 1, heat seal 2, shape and output the finished product.

Shipment

1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.

2.Delivery time:  About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.

3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.

4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems. 

All failures caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of PC and touch screen built-in software) are not within the scope of the warranty.
