1. Pulp preparation
The production of packaged tissues first requires the preparation of pulp. The commonly used raw materials are wood pulp, straw pulp, waste paper, etc. The pulp is made by soaking the raw materials, adding chemicals, hot pressing, separation, screening, drying and other processes. Different raw materials can be processed through different processes to produce different styles of tissues.
2. Forming
Forming is an important step in the production of packaged tissues, and pulp is formed into tissues through a series of processes through a molding machine. There is also a dedicated embossing roller inside the molding machine, which is used to press the printed patterns onto the surface of tissues.
3. Embossing
Through the embossing process, patterns and patterns can be pressed onto the surface of tissues, making them more aesthetically pleasing and practical. In production, the embossing machine will also be adjusted according to demand to produce different types of tissues.
4. Cutting
The cutting process is carried out using a professional tissue cutting machine, and different cuts are made according to different tissue sizes to ultimately form the finished product.
5. Packaging
The final step is to package the tissues. According to different needs and usage scenarios, manufacturers will classify tissues and use different trademarks and packaging methods for packaging. Common packaging methods include plastic bags, box packaging, card packaging, etc.
Through the above five steps, the production of packaged tissues is completed. It is worth noting that each process requires strict quality control to ensure that the produced tissues meet relevant standards and have good commercial benefits.
