The process of tissue paper production line as follow,
1.The pulp after raw material processing is formed into continuous and smooth paper through
the action of the forming ring and pressure roller of the tissue folding machine.
The structure of the forming ring and the pressure roller is ingeniously designed, and its function
is to shape the pulp during the process, forming sheets of paper with different lengths,
and then enter the next step of processing.
2.The length of the formed paper varies. In order to meet production needs, these papers need to be
cut with tissue cutting machine. The specific implementation method is to arrange and combine
papers of different lengths, and cut and cut them through a cutting machine, and finally become
papers of uniform size to prepare for subsequent steps.
3.Packaging is the final step in tissue production. According to market demand and customer requirements,
the tissue packaging machine packs tissue into various packaging boxes or bags, and seals and labels the boxes or bags.
