Automatic Blister Machine
Automatic Blister Machine is suitable for heating and melting blister filling and sealing
packaging of jam, chocolate, butter, creamer and other foods.
From blister forming to liquid filling to composite film sealing, creasing, and final punching,
the finished product output line is fully automated, greatly reducing labor costs.
Main configuration
1. Adopt a complete set of Japanese Mitsubishi human-machine interface,
PLC and servo control system. Easy to operate, high precision and lower failure rate.
2. The photoelectric tracking system uses an imported three-color sensor, which can
sense all colors and output strong signals to ensure the use of color film and
enable the color film to be accurately aligned with the base film forming area.
3. The feeder is made of 316 stainless steel, has a sandwich heating function,
and the piston is removable for cleaning.
4. All outer cover materials are made of food-grade 3042B stainless steel
and aluminum alloy and assembled.
5. The pneumatic part uses original Airtac solenoid valves and cylinders.
6. Optional coding mechanism.

Shipment
1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.
2.Delivery time: About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.
3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.
4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems.
All failures caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of PC and touch screen built-in software) are not within the scope of the warranty.
