Tablet Blister Packing Machine
Tablet Blister Packing Machine is based on the LMS-270D.
It adds tropical aluminum molding and heat sealing processes to make
the product more sealed, moisture-proof and light-proof,
and improves the Product grade. Suitable for packaging in pharmaceutical,
health care products and other industries.
Technical features
1. There is no tool required to replace the mold, and the mold adopts a
guided push-in type.
2. Using servo traction, the setting is simple and debugging is more convenient.
3. Blanking and push-in installation, if equipped with detection and rejection,
no need to remove the suction head.
4. The molding heating plate has a long separation distance when it is stopped,
which can prevent the PVC from being excessively softened.
5. Can be equipped with image detection and waste removal, robot suction head,
and vibration guide automatic feeder.
6. Can be equipped with servo cursor for plate alignment.

1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.
2.Delivery time: About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.
3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.
4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems.
All failures caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of PC and touch screen built-in software) are not within the scope of the warranty.
