Pharmaceutical Blister Packaging Machine
Pharmaceutical Blister Packaging Machine (cantilever type) is based on the
LMS-270/350J blister packaging machine and adds a tropical aluminum forming and
sealing process, making the product more sealed, moisture-proof and light-proof,
and improving the product grade. Suitable for product packaging in pharmaceutical,
health care products and other industries.
Technical features
1. Adopting the principle of 270J blister packaging machine, guide rail type,
easy mold adjustment and accurate positioning.
2. Due to the addition of tropical aluminum molding and heat sealing mechanism,
the fuselage must be lengthened by 1.8 meters, so it adopts a split structure
for easy transportation.
3. This machine adopts servo double traction mechanism, which can avoid
the problem of synchronous bubble pressing caused by
stopping in the middle, and can facilitate cursor and servo air clamp traction to
facilitate re-adjustment of the traction length on the human-machine
interface when the mold is replaced.

1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.
2.Delivery time: About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.
3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.
4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems.
All failures caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of PC and touch screen built-in software) are not within the scope of the warranty.
