Medicine Blister Packing Machine
The forming mold, heat sealing mold, batch number holder, creasing mold,
and punching mold can all adopt patented drawer-type mold changing,
which is efficient and fast.
Scope of application
1.Medicine Blister Packing Machine (cantilever type) is suitable for aluminum-plastic
and aluminum-aluminum packaging of pharmaceuticals, such as blister-type sealed
packaging of capsules and tablets of various specifications.
2. Suitable for blister seal packaging of various injections, ampoules and
medical devices.
3. Blister-type sealed packaging of food, electronic devices, and small
hardware products.
Technical features
1. Main drive: The main motor is rear-mounted for easy maintenance.
The synchronous belt drive replaces the chain drive to reduce oil pollution.
2. Guide rail frame installation method: The box rail frame is cantilevered.
If any medicine falls during the operation of the machine, the medicine will
fall directly under the guide rail frame for easy cleaning.
3. Installation and adjustment of the mold base: The lathe-type guide rails
and rack-and-pinion adjustment methods are used, and here are positioners
and rulers to determine the adjustment position.
4. The molding device, heat sealing device, batch number printing device,
and punching device all adopt the mold changing method of guided push-in handle
locking to ensure quick mold changing, and there is no need to use tools
such as wrenches during disassembly and assembly.
5. The air-expanding shaft is used to install the PVC aluminum foil,
and the PVC connection platform is used to make the change of the coil faster.
6. PVC uses rubber rollers to track the feeding to avoid stretching
during the pulling process.

1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.
2.Delivery time: About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.
3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.
4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems.
All failures caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of PC and touch screen built-in software) are not within the scope of the warranty.
