Technical features
1. Original machine tool rail-type casting base, which has been tempered and
aged to ensure high benchmark and no deformation.
2. Each module box is processed with special equipment to ensure accuracy and
strong interchangeability.
3. Forming, heat sealing, indentation and other components can be arbitrarily
adjusted on the triangular rib and flat rib guide rails,and the applicability is strong.
Compared with similar products, it is more compact and flexible,
with a shorter model, saving installation space.
4. Use a parallel-axis helical gear reducer integrated with the motor to avoid
loosening or slipping of the chain or belt drive.
The stroke can be adjusted at will, with wide adaptability, easy operation and
reliable operation.
5. Mold nail positioning makes mold changing convenient and accurate.
A variety of plates can be produced by changing the mold,and equipped with a
liquid feeder, the liquid can be sealed and packaged,
making one machine multi-purpose.
6. The upper and lower reticulated concave and convex combination, multi-stage cylinder,
and double heating heat sealing provide good sealing effect.

1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.
2.Delivery time: About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.
3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.
4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems.
