Automatic Blister Packing Machine is suitable for fully automatic high-speed
blister packaging of regular medicines
such as capsules and tablets, and candies such as chewing gum, lozenges,
chocolate beans, etc. It adopts flat-type positive pressure molding, the blister
is stiff and even, and the roller mesh sealing is It is reliable and equipped with
batch number printing and creasing devices.
It can be designed for blanking without waste edges. It has the advantages of
high automation, high production capacity, and can greatly save packaging materials.
Technical features
1. Quickly change the mold without tools, the mold adopts guided push-in type.
2. Using servo traction, the setting is simple and debugging is more convenient.
3. Blanking and push-in installation, if equipped with detection and rejection,
no need to remove the suction head.
4. The molding heating plate has a long separation distance when it is stopped,
which can prevent the PVC from being excessively softened.
5. Can be equipped with image detection waste removal, robot suction head,
and vibrating guide automatic feeder.
6. Can be equipped with servo cursor for plate alignment.
