The feeding of automatic cartoning machine is generally divided into three entrances: the instruction manual entrance, the medicine bottle entrance, and the machine packaging box entrance. The entire process from feeding the machine packaging box to final packaging and forming can be roughly divided into four stages: the paper box is fixed by a guide rail clamp and opened by a push plate. At the same time, there are two forward moving clamps that lift from below and clamp the side of the paper box from the front and back directions, making the box open at a right angle and move forward to the filling area. After filling in the filling area, the mechanism of the machine will fold the ears into the left and right guide rails, and then perform the closing action. Before closing, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the cardboard box, and then a push plate will push the box cover to bend, inserting the tongue into the box and fastening the locking buckle. The closing action is a crucial action, and its completion is closely related to the structure of the cardboard box and the accuracy of machine adjustment.
