Horizontal cartoning machine working principle

The packaging process of the packaging machine can be divided into five steps: material cutting, box cutting, box opening, filling, and lid closing.

1. Material cutting: First, the material is fed onto the conveyor belt by the cutting device, and the microcomputer will transmit the command to the folding machine and suction box device.

2. Lower box: The suction device takes out the paper boxes from the paper box library and places them on the box guide rail.

3. Opening the box: The guide rail clamps the paper box in place, and the push plate pushes open the paper box. Two card plates that move with the paper box rise from both sides of the guide rail and clamp the side of the paper box from the front and back directions, making the box open at a right angle and move forward to the filling area.

4. Filling: The conveyor belt on the automatic boxing machine carries the material, and the push rod pushes the material into the empty box in the filling area.

5. Closing: After the push rod material is pushed into the box, the paper box will enter the closing station under the drive of the guide rail. Before closing, the mechanism will first bend the tongue of the cardboard box, and the push plate will push the box cover to bend, allowing the tongue to insert into the box.

Shipment

1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.

2.Delivery time: About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.

3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.

4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems. 

All failures caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of PC and touch screen built-in software) are not within the scope of the warranty.
