The workflow of Vertical Cartoning Machine is as follows.

The vacuum used in this machine is a vacuum generator.

Firstly, the material is fed onto the conveyor belt by the feeding device, which is equipped with a photoelectric switch to check whether the product meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, the instruction manual will not be issued and the box will not be sucked. If it meets the requirements, the PLC will transmit the command to the origami machine and suction box mechanism.

The manual placed on the paper folding machine is sucked into the machine by the combined action of compressed air and real air. After being folded and formed according to the user's requirements, it is transported by a rotating paper clip and sent to the paper feeding chain. The paper feeding chain drives it to the push plate station to wait for the product to be pushed into the box. At the same time, the paper boxes manually placed in the paper box warehouse are sucked out by the suction mechanism, sent to the box conveyor chain and opened, and then driven by the box conveyor chain to the medicine pushing station to wait for medicine pushing. When the sensor on the front panel does not detect the instruction manual on the paper feeding chain, the command is transmitted to the PLC. At this time, the device controls the cylinder to remove unqualified products at the box outlet at a predetermined time.

When the cardboard box is correctly sucked out of the warehouse and falls onto the chain, the sensor located at the bottom has no signal output. When the cardboard box malfunctions during the suction process (such as getting stuck), the pressing rod flips upwards, and the PLC sends a control signal to stop the main machine and wait for the fault to be resolved before restarting. When the cardboard box is correctly sucked down and placed on the packing chain, the sensor located on the middle board detects a box signal within a predetermined time. Then the longitudinal pushing mechanism pushes the medication plate and instructions into the box. If there is a jamming phenomenon during this process, the overload device located on the push rod will take effect, and the sensor will send a signal to stop the main engine from running.

When the medicine board and instructions are accurately pushed into the box, the cardboard box will continue to move forward under the drive of the box conveyor chain. After passing through the batch marking device, the steel characters are marked and enter the sealing station.

1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.

2.Delivery time:  About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.

3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.

4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems.
