Toothpaste Cartoning Machine
The toothpaste cartoning machine puts the tubular toothpaste from the
filling machine into the boat-shaped tray on the conveyor chain of the packaging
machine through the conveyor belt. At the same time, it is folded into sheet-shaped
cartons and enters the vacuum take-out device through the conveyor belt.
After vacuum suction, Open the rectangular box and enter the carton conveyor
chain that is in the same position relative to the boat-shaped tray (the toothpaste and
the carton opening are in line). During the process of the two conveyor chains conveying
forward synchronously, the corresponding mechanism (device) of the packaging machine
The order is completed: the tubular toothpaste is fed into the carton, the carton lid is folded,
the lid tongue is embossed with the production batch number, the box lid is closed,
the tongue is inserted (or glued), and the packaging is completed after pressing.

1. The PLC control panel adopts Siemens panel, high-definition color large screen, simple and smooth operation, and production problems will be displayed on the screen;
2. The product conveying device customizes the design style of the product conveyor according to the customer's products to achieve the best feeding and cartoning effects;
3. The box storage slot is designed to be adjustable, allowing customers to replace boxes of different specifications;
4. The pushing device is a servo pushing material, with photoeye detection, and the box will not fall into the box if there is no material, which can avoid empty boxes and waste;
5. The box sealing device can automatically close the box and is equipped with a hot melt glue machine to make the box more dense and smooth after sealing;
6. The finished product export device has an open design, which facilitates the back-end connection with various other packaging equipment.
Shipment
1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.
2.Delivery time: About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.
3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.
4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems.
All failures caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of PC and touch screen built-in software) are not within the scope of the warranty.
