The tube cartoning machine is suitable for automatic cartoning and packaging
of various types of tube products, toothpastes, ointments, hand creams and
other similar products.The tube cartoning machine uses PLC to control the
operation of all electrical parts. It automatically detects and rejects unqualified items
during operation. If there is an abnormality, it can automatically stop and display the
reason so that the fault can be eliminated in time. The machine can be used as a
stand-alone machine or with other packaging machines. It is used in conjunction
with its hot sol equipment to form a fully automatic production line.Features of
ointment cartoning machine:1. If the product does not enter the box in place, it will
automatically stop. The PLC will automatically display the fault and shut down the alarm,
displaying the machine operation and maintenance methods.2. No paper box, no manual,

1. The PLC control panel adopts Siemens panel, high-definition color large screen, simple and smooth operation, and production problems will be displayed on the screen;
2. The product conveying device customizes the design style of the product conveyor according to the customer's products to achieve the best feeding and cartoning effects;
3. The box storage slot is designed to be adjustable, allowing customers to replace boxes of different specifications;
4. The pushing device is a servo pushing material, with photoeye detection, and the box will not fall into the box if there is no material, which can avoid empty boxes and waste;
5. The box sealing device can automatically close the box and is equipped with a hot melt glue machine to make the box more dense and smooth after sealing;
6. The finished product export device has an open design, which facilitates the back-end connection with various other packaging equipment.
Shipment
1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.
2.Delivery time: About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.
3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.
4.Guarantee：We offer a 12 month warranty. During the warranty period, we provide free replacement of damaged parts due to quality problems.
All failures caused by improper use of the buyer (including unauthorized modification of PC and touch screen built-in software) are not within the scope of the warranty.
