The bottle cartoning machine automatically loads bottles and instructions into 

folding cartons, and completes the box closing action. Some fully functional 

automatic cartoning machines also have additional functions such as affixing sealing 

labels or heat shrink wrapping. The feed of automatic cartoning machine is generally 

divided into three entrances: manual entrance, bottle entrance and machine box entrance. 

The entire process from machine box feeding to final packaging can be roughly divided into 

four stages: unboxing, opening, filling, and closing. The box unloading action usually involves 

a suction cup sucking a carton from the carton inlet and moving it down to the main line of 

cartoning. The carton is fixed by a guide rail and a push plate is used to open the carton. 

At the same time, there will be two removable boxes. The forward-moving card position 

rises from below and blocks the sides of the carton from the front and rear directions, 

causing the box to open at a right angle and move forward to the filling area. After filling 

in the filling area, the machine's mechanism will fold the ears into the left and right guide 

rails, and then perform the closing action. Before closing the lid, the mechanism will first 

bend the tongue of the carton, and then a push plate will push the lid to bend, so that the 

tongue can be inserted into the box and the lock will be fastened. The closing action is a 

critical action, and the quality of the completion has a lot to do with the structure of the 

carton and the accuracy of machine adjustment.

Shipment

1.Payment: After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.

2.Delivery time: About 30 working days after receiving the deposit. The factory will decide whether to change the delivery date when the order is confirmed.

3.Electrical Equipment: This machine adopts 220V or 380V. If you have any special requirements, please explain in advance with my company.
